1) Our team is in the third of four stages: the interview stage.
2) We have received over 100 resumes. We sent a questionnaire out to approximately 40 candidates and asked them to answer a series of questions for our team to review.
3) Based on the answers to these questions, we narrowed the field to less than ten who met a variety of criteria such as education, experience, ministry history, skills, and cultural fit.
4) We have interviewed these candidates via video conference.
5) The search team is listening to various candidates’ sermons. And will meet again on Aug. 4 to discuss our conclusions.
