February PST Update


Right now our Pastor Search Team is in the preparation phase. We're working to gather all of the necessary resources for the search, being trained, and beginning the process of research and communication with the church.


We want our process and church to be saturated with prayer as we continue the search, so this month please pray for the following:


1. Pray for the development of the congregational survey that will help to provide guidance to our team


2. Pray for each other and for our team as we seek God's man for this role


3. Pray for our families as they support our team during this demanding time


4. Pray four our team as we begin the process of building a job description


5. Pray for discernment as we seek God's face during this process
