Weekly Celebration! (March 30)

Updated: Jul 10, 2020

Church Family,

There’s much reason to celebrate as God continues to work in and through our church family. Below are some celebrations from the week along with our church financials through March 29th.

This past week 91 preschool families were connected with by Mrs. Doreen and were sent a video Sunday school lesson to use with their preschoolers. In addition, over 50 preschoolers joined in a lesson through Zoom. We’re grateful to stay connected with these precious children each week and grateful for our dedicated volunteers that go over and above to make it all continue to happen!

Trying times in our lives often lead us to grow in our walk with Christ. Many of our students are experiencing this kind of personal growth first hand during this time. At least 4 new groups have launched where students are holding one another accountable to spending time in God’s Word each day. If they can do that, let’s make sure we adults are in the Word and praying for our students each day this week too.

It might sound strange since there are no guests in the building, but did you know that multiple people/families have filled out our online connect card each of the past 2 weeks! Keep listening, liking, sharing and inviting those you know to join in our Sunday morning live stream this week at 10 a.m.

Weekly Offering: $20,075.88

Weekly Budget: $33,228.00

As of March 29th, we have received 96% of our year-to-date budget.

In the past few weeks, we have averaged $21,943.00 in giving. We hope to see this number move up in the next several weeks, though your continued generosity, to meet our $33,228.00 weekly budget which allows us to continue to minister to our church family and make an impact for the kingdom of God. Remember that you can always give online at hhbc.net/give, by dropping your offering by our offices, or by mailing  your offering to our office at:

"Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen." ~ Ephesians 3:20-21 (ESV)
