1. Pray for the search team as we begin to evaluate resumes.
2. Pray for us as we schedule meetings and work around vacations.
3. Pray as we start the process of reviewing resumes, making choices as to which candidates make the first review process and interviews.
4. Pray for all leadership that we will be a united front during this time as we seek a new shepherd.
